February 16, 2017, I just got my ticket dismissed! I have used Ticket Bust twice in the last few years for traffic tickets, one for a red light on a bus way and one for speeding. Both tickets were dismissed. On the bus way ticket I saved several hundred because the fine was so high. On the speeding I broke about even, but I have no points on my record and no traffic school hassles. When you face the courts you roll the dice and any advantage you can get in my opinion beats the heck out of none at all. I think going to court myself would have been a disaster. TicketBust responded to a speeding ticket on my behalf and they won. I found the process simple with easy to follow instructions and in the end I got my bail money back with a not guilty verdict ... TicketBust.com services was not successful in helping me to dismiss a $490 red light photo ticket received in Oakland, CA. The Judge did not buy TicketBust's written reasoning for dismissal. Ad states gets ticket "Dismissed." not the case. This is only a paralegal service so how is it that they are able to state what the law is and what they intend to do if in their own clause it states they don't give legal advise?! Please Do Not Use this company. I received a ticket for running a red light. I followed all of the procedures they requested. They filed by mail paperwork to defend the ticket to no avail. Four months later I went to court to plead my case. My judge ruled every person guilty. They will tell you that they have an 80% success record. BS. They did very little with my red light ticket. OK, I get that I took the chance that they would not win, but the real insult is that to get your $100 back is IMPOSSIBLE. Saw a billboard for ticket busting. An hour later I got a ticket. Strange but true. Called the number from the sign. Told them what happened. They sent me a handful of forms to sign and send back. On 2/25/13 I ordered legal document services from ticketsnipers.com. This is a competitive company to www.ticketbust.com. Somehow, on 2/26/13, my credit card was charged $263.94 by ticketbust.com. I read good and bad reviews, mostly bad except on this site, But I had hope they could probably help me for a red light camera ticket, it cost me around 249.00 plus I had to pay for certified mailings.
