A-M-A-Z-I-N-G company. American Vision is a diamond in the rough. It is rare to find a company that has great products, outstanding installers (Sergio and Sergio Jr.), and the GM from the Phoenix area (Alias) who is outstanding with making sure to please the customer (me :') with all our dealings. My experience with American Vision Windows(AVW) was for the most part very favorable.I selected AVW based on media advertisements and subsequent meetings with AVW Senior Project Manager Steve Huffman who was both personable and informative and a good sales type as well. My particular project was fairly large encompassing replacement of 18 windows and 6 doors including a double window conversion to French Doors. From the estimate to the installation, the AVW people were superb. Everything was professional. All personnel were courteous and helpful. Everything they promised happened in the timeframe they set up. I have used other companies in the past but their performance pales in comparison. I will absolutely use AVW again as our needs arise. From start to finish, salesperson to installers, the quality of work was beyond Excellent. They guide through the whole job. The salesperson explained everything giving options and the pro's and con's of everything (very honest) with reminder e-mails after you made your order until your order is complete letting you know that they have not forgotten about you, to making the installation day totally convenient for you and the installers were efficient, they cleaned up through the whole proce... Thank you, AVW for making my condo come alive. I have a northwestern exposure and as long as I have lived there (23 years) have enjoyed the sunsets. However, I had the original aluminum windows which shook in the wind (had to put a sock in it to sleep) and the screens, well you can imagine how sad they were (I had to patch one where the cat went through it). I had 19 windows installed on 7-7-2012. The windows are GREAT! I had louver windows in kitchen and living room, if you know what those are, that were installed back in the 60's. I loved everything about those louver windows except the cold of winter poured through them and anyone could jimmy them open. I recently had 5 very large windows replaced by American Vision Windows and am VERY satisfied with ALL aspects of the project. I had a few replacement windows done with American Vision Windows through the Orange County store about a year ago and can't say enough about how impressed I am with everything about this company. When I called and had a few questions regarding my order, even a small service issue, their customer service was on top of everything...from the first appointment to installation and everything else in between my experience was fantastic!! I desperately needed new windows and was originally going to use the Home Depot cheapy ones but figured I would at least see what it would cost and what the difference in quality was. The sales guy took a heat lamp and placed it on one side of the glass of a typical Home Depot window and then on the Analin window....wow...the Home Depot window was blazing hot and on the Analin window I couldn't feel a thing.
