DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS************* I brought my Ford Truck in for Radiator Flush and Spark Plug Replacement. They talked me into changing the Transmission Fluid and Filter and changing the Rear End Oil. They stated that they replaced the spark plugs but did not change them and charged me $7 a piece for Plugs and 300 dollars in labor. Now I think they did not do any of the work or not all of it. Wow......Don't believe the rating the BBB gives these guys. They are not an honest dealership. They are the dealer that keeps on giving. We purchased a certified used car in 2006, a 2004 Expedition. Certified used, Carfax available. Well guess what somehow, some way they failed to tell us, even tho we asked, was the car in an accident? No sir it was not. Well guess what. To make it short, I am EXTREMELY disapointed with their customer service. I took my 2008 Mustang GT on January 2011 to have the alarm checked by one of their technicians and I did not get past the service write since the service writer kept denying any problems with my alarm, even though, the alarm would not trip when the trunk was opened and the alarm was active. It clearly states on the Ford Owner Manual that the alarm monitors, door, trunk, and hood. I tried to explain that to the service... Read More »

I am very surprised at the rating this dealership has with BBB, given my personal experiences. Last year,I brought my Ford Explorer in for brakes & drums, plus to investigate a vibration noice. The work was done, but I was lied to about all four tires being "cupped". Plus, upon getting on freeway from dealer, front end vibration that didn't exist before danced the truck all over freeway, could barely drive, maybe to "prove" they were right.
