Joel’s Roofing and Gutter, After receiving 5 bids I decided to go with Joel’s. He did not present the cheapest bid but he was also not the most expensive. Another reason I decided to go with Joel’s was his follow through; I was impressed by his timeliness of our initial meeting and by the speed in which I received the bid. We had a serious leak and we called a well-known local roofing company. They gave us an estimate which, it seemed to me to be excessively high. I then contacted Joel's Rooffing. Joel himself came by. I recently hired Joel’s Gutter and Roofing to update a downspot on my home in addition to a new roof on the home of a client. They were prompt about meeting me at the properties for every appointment. They were knowledgeable about the problems and referred me to a contractor regarding a failing chimney. I am very pleased with Joel’s re-roofing of my carport, and I would recommend him as a roofing contractor. Joel was professional and courteous, and the bid was fair. I have dealt with many contractors and workmen over the past twenty-five years as a homeowner. Joel’s Gutters and Roofing gets my highest recommendation. Joel is extremely knowledgeable about gutters. He answered all my questions respectfully and with enthusiasm. He stayed as long as I needed him and was not in a rush. We are quite satisfied with Joel’s re-roofing of our house, and we would recommend him as a roofing contractor. We found Joel to be professional and courteous, and the bid was fair.
