It was a huge job involving about 150 feet of complicated trenching and a week of work, yet they were able to organize the task so that there was never a need for us to move out of our house while the work was underway. Plumber arrived with a HUGE 50 gallon w/h. I asked what the deal was and he just said ' oh, they don't really make 30's or 40's anymore' and proceeded to sell me on this w/h. I hate being lied to. I contacted the local supply house and they had 30 &amp; 50 gallon w/h's in stock!!!!! I feel very taken advantage of.
