Liked their site as it promised great things. However, customer service is non-existent. Their 'live chat' promises that someone will get back to you in 2 hours or less - not exactly "LIVE". I have been trying to get someone to contact me for over 2 days now. I have a critical flyer that needs to go out and there are some things that don't seem to work on their site.
