I have sent 3 email to this company in an attempt to get a price quote on a mattress. No response. It shows a lot about a company that requires you to call or email them for a price and then cannot even give you an answer. Lost my business. I purchased a tempflo mattress about 5 months ago and I really enjoy the way it sleeps. My only problem is with the company not supplying any documentation or warranties. I only have my credit card charge that was made when I ordered the mattress. I was told I would receive a "Testimonial Price" but was never asked to provide my report. Originally I was told it would take 6-7 weeks to supply the mattress but it took approximately 12 weeks. Read More »
