11/27/2009 Roger, who is the owner of Castle Plumbing, arrived at 9:30 AM knocked on the door and without doing anything went back out to his truck and made telephone calls. He came back in at 10:08 AM with a ladder and some tools. Roger was finished with the repair at 10:42 AM. Roger charged $168 for 1.25 hours despite only working for .56 hours.
