Have been with them for years, and for years I put up with their ZERO COMMUNICATION, TERRIBLE WEBSITE, TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND CONSISTENT OVER CHARGING ON EVERYTHING & EVERYTHING THEY CAN DREAM UP. Ipayment inc Placed my accounts on the Terminated Merchant File (MATCH) claiming i broke mastercard rules solely because they were notified i was not Microsoft Authorized. Mr Cohen, of Ipayments possibly inept legal department, told me that they would ignore any evidence of my authorization BUT any evidence of my authorization has to be obtained by me and given to them.. BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE - DO NOT USE CreditCardProcessing.com I called CreditCardProcessing.com (owned by iPayment, Inc) to apply for a merchant account. They stole my money! I had 500 dollars in sales and then they decided to place a hold on my account because it was a new account, for 1 month. After 1 month I called them to verify they were going to finally deposit my funds, but instead they decided to close my account without telling me. Why did they close my account you ask? I have been using 1st NP for years and have had a good experience with them. I check around for pricing each year, but find they are still the best for what I need. I pay a low monthly fee and a small percent on sales which are seasonal. They have kept my store n forward machine running for years and the uploads have never been problematic. I have called on their help desk at all hours and they are always helpful. I highly recommend them. Read More »

Please be very careful in doing business with CardPayment solutions, they create FEE upon FEE which is totally false, you will be charged several fees for doing nothing., also when you contract with them ends and you notify them that YOU NO LONGER WANT THEIR SERVICES THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR COMPANY BANK ACCOUNT, AND DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR FAXES, PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. Signed up for services in November 2011 because they claimed to not charge a monthly service fee. The Ad claimed they only charge a percentage of each transaction. Was charged a $1.00 fee initially to setup the account, which was fine. I was made aware of that. I hadn't heard a thing from them or seen anything for 4 months(I never even used the service). DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company for your credit card processing needs. They charged my company a bogus $9.95 monthly fee for "IACCESS" which I never requested, did not use, and was never explained to me. They also charged an extra $30 each month for "PCI compliance", which was completely fraudulent. When I cancelled their services this past Nov., they added an extra $99 in monthly fees-$30 for "PCI compliance", and $69 for some bogus retroactive fee. Read More »

Stay away from this company! The nightmare started with 1st American Card Services which uses iPayment for merchant support and billing. On several occasions I called to dispute charges that were not agreed on/disclosed up front. I was promised one thing but in reality it never happened. Avoid this company!!! I had a great saleswoman come to my business in May 2009. I don't charge many transactions, and wanted a simple Virtual Terminal service without the headaches and the surprise PCI Compliance Fees that are not mentioned in most contracts. I signed up for $10/mo stating NO Compliance Fees. Then the extra fees started kicking in. This company seems to be the same as Integrated Card Services, LLC a Agoura Hills, Ca. Business. However, they are direct linked to iPayment, Inc. website, where as the other is linked to International Card Services, LLC and Incorp Services, Inc. Intergrated Card Services has a "canceled" status with the California State Corporaton Commission website. I have unfortunately been with this company for almost 3 years. One of the sales people was a family friend and thought he could be trusted, wrong. Stupid me didn't check the Internet and resaech the company and would have found a huge number of complaints and negative comments about this company. We transferred our credit card processing services to this company because of their lower rates. It has been, by far, the worst mistake. The lower rates do not begin to compensate for the time wasted on trying to get charges released for payment.
