I had a small account with PlanMember, only $157. When I tried to close the account in October 2023, I submitted my paperwork through my broker as listed on the PlanMember website. I signed the forms (as can be seen in the email correspondence attachments to my broker), but PlanMember says the forms were not signed. THE worst experience I have every had with a financial services organization. Took almost 45 days & lots of fees to finally transfer my account, and I had to go back to demand transfer of mysterious remainders that were not included in the requested withdrawal. Read More »
