Alliance United only sends a letter after a claim is reported and that is it. They do not inspect the property damage on claim, they do not request or take the statements of the claimants as they should and they do not properly investigate claims. BEWARE of Alliance United Insurance. They will not return calls and try to delay the claim and then deny it. You have no recourse and the State Department of Insurance is of no help also. You can not get an attorney to help unless there are injuries involved. A rigged system and the consumer suffer. I've had this insurance for over 5 years now. I have 5 cars with them and pay near $600 a month. I've never been late on my bills over the years and thought I was safe with this insurance company. I filed a claim on my Range Rover a few years ago and they claim was denied. Since when does insurance company deny a hit and run claim??? I took them to the small claims courts and won! this company absolutely should not have an A rating with the better business bereau. They are rude, untimely and will stoop to the absolute lowest level in order to not pay a justifiable claiim. I am a customer of Alliance United and posses full coverage paying access of $198.00 dollars a month. I filed a claim on May 7 2012 . I recently started a policy with Alliance United Insurance. I have never been in a car accident before and was a bit shaken up about it. I called Alliance mintues after the accident to be sure I was doing everything to its procedure. When a customer rep came on the line she said she could not help me until a case # was given by the police and at that point I can call back with details. I have a claim with this insurance company. The agent contacted me in regards to the accident report. Now he is claiming , he is waiting to get the report from his client. What a scam. In October I got rear-ended on the 710 fwy, when I got rear ended I hit a the person in front of me and so on. There was a total of 3 cars. It is now February and my car still hasn't been fixed.
