SearchSystems stands out from other public record directories on the Internet. The site collects links that go directly to the government public record index selected - real property records, criminal records, corporation filings, etc. - so you don't have to hunt around to find them. Unlike other sites it doesn't display unrelated content or government links that don't have the public record you're looking for. It's also more complete than other directories I've reviewed. I have used Search Systems twice. The first time to locate an old high school friend. It took me a little while since she changed her last name after getting married and I didn’t know her new last name, but I was able to check marriage licenses first and then knowing her new last name I was able to locate her. The second time was to check criminal records in Arizona which I was able to do with the help of Search Systems. I rate their website very highly. Read More »

I've been using this web site since 1998 when it was pac-info.com. I've always thought it was the best resource for public records online, and their efforts to provide a wide array of resources make my job as a researcher easier. What I use most is their criminal record service. They provide their own reasonably priced huge database, but also provide free direct access to thousands of additional databases online if you want to do the research yourself. I have used the Search Systems website several times to find information and run background checks. I had a problem with one record and their customer service rep was able to find another way to get the full information for me.
