I have bought and leased two BMWs from subject. With the exception of the owner, it is an excellent operation. After my first routine service of the first car the owner called me speaking very angrily as to why I had not given the service department a top rating in a survey. It is my policy to not give a top rating on any survey unless the service was absolutely unique in all respects. My feeling was that the service was good. I just bought my second BMW from Coast BMW in September 2008. After the wonderful and easy experience I had purchasing my first car in January 2007, I did not hesitate to return.
