Call made for washer repair, came the next day (Friday) stating they had 95% of the parts. They didn't, stated it would come in Tuesday. Did not come in till Thursday. Co-worker told technician we also had problem with the same washer getting off balance. Technician wouldn't let him finish his sentence, cutting him off each time. I just had the deep clean/detox clean from GreenClean LA. I am so impressed! The ladies were very thorough, cleaning under the bed, in and behind the fridge and scrubbed my stove top to shine it hasn't had in years.
