This contractor has taken over one a one-half years on a project that was quoted as taking 6-8 weeks. The job is still not complete, and the permit process is in limbo as the contractor did not acquire timely inspections with the City . Over the past year a a half of state and stop work, the contractor and crew would abandon the job site for weeks at a time.
