I have been dealing with a sore jaw, 2 infections and inability to eat on my right side since February when this chop shop was supposed to do a simple crown! 2 different dentist, 3 different specialist and they still couldn't get it right! All I want is my money back to go to another dentist that is NOT a production line and can actually solve all the problems I now have. I wouldn't even give it one star, but have no choice. I suggest you do NOT trust any good reviews about this office on any review site. I've been there a few times and it's one of the WORST dental offices I've ever been to. In all my 60+ years, I have NEVER had such barbaric treatment as I got from this "Dr." Charles Chung guy.... what a savage! You will be treated like cattle, and they will try sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. The "Dr. Zak" family plan is actually more expensive than Smilesaver when you compare benefits, but he will try to sell you his plan anyway. You will also wait, and wait, and wait...and wait... They're huge scammers! Call for a cleaning- get a "check-up only." They WILL recommend LOTS of work on your teeth to the tune of thousands of dollars, and regardless of how nice they're little insurance plan looks- it does not cost less than at a regular family dentist. Customer service is horrible, office is in disrepair, office manager is highly unprofessional, dentist himself is unprofessional. Could not find a thing to like about this office.
