Although the customer service is responsive and I received materials quickly, I'm not confident that I can rely on the accuracy of the information contained in the course book. (Fitness: the Complete Guide Ed. 8.6.6.) The book is overrun with spelling and grammatical errors galore, leading me to question whether ISSA hires anyone to review the content and substance of the textbooks. This company is in my opinion one of the best if not the best company in providing the full package of training, equipment, cources, support, very low costs & etc. Because ISSA I was ones a certified Fitness Trainer through them.
