On May 18th around 11:00 am given plus or minus an hour. I had asked question to a saleman about one of the car and their safety features.In detail a system called "Nissan safety shield". On the surface First Honda (First Auto Group) seems like a pretty decent and cheery place. Do not be decieved like I was by this facade. They play nice all along while using deceptive sales tactics. Yes, I was a sucker for a new Honda. All there is to say is be very careful if you decide to go there. This was one of the best and easiest experiences I have ever had purchasing a car! They made it so easy for me to trade in my old car and get into my new car. I LOVED my old car (it was a part of me, my first car and my dream car) but they put me in a new Kia (which I never considered to buy) but I fell in love with the car. They did fraud. General Manager and General Sales Manager at Honda of Thousand Oaks agree! They told me they were checking my credit and that I had bad credit, they tricked me into a CIVIC when I was looking for an ACCORD. I wanted to Finance, they made it a lease. I kept telling them I did not want a car, they said its too late you already signed. They said I was signing for them to check my credit, but in reality they had me sign papers for a lease! I give First Honda a rating of 0 (lowest rating). -Contract issue They refused to honor my service contract on a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid because I have over 36,000 miles on it. However, I purchased an extended service contract that covers this vehicle up to 100,000 miles.
