As a result of an accident, I brought my Honda VTX 1800 to this shop and had agreed with Chris the service manager to repair the damages. This place does not know how to repair high end motorcycles, the new muffler they recommended was improperly installed and numerous calls and attempts to Dwane the manager were ignored. Worst Motorcycle shop I have ever been to! Don’t let at rating fool you these people know nothing about what care for other peoples property means. On top scratching up my 3 month old motorcycle, Simi Valley Cycles claimed not to have done it. Odd, I know it wasn’t like that when I came in… when I asked what about the parts I had replaced they were in various locations, trash tool boxes, re-packaged for sale.
