Someone from Triton Imaging System called my business and told an employee that they were confirming an order for printer cartridges and verified the address. They sent a small box containing 7 cartridges for $132 and I would have paid $29 for the same thing delivered. When we set up our new printer system we started receiving automatic shipments of ink from this company, and we're pretty sure we never ordered from them in the first place! Every time I call I leave an extensive message regarding the problem, and I have never ONCE gotten a return call. They love nothing more than to get anybody to say the word YES on the phone and then ship printer ribbons at 10-15x the standard cost you could buy them for at Staples. Then they will do anything to refuse returns, from being rude and using foul language up to not returning messages and saying no returns are possible. Read More »

This company did the same to my company. They called our restaurant and got a name then invoiced us for 132.67. I pay only $25 for that same ribbon from a reputable company. I agree with Robbin! A customer service rep confused one of my night employees with ordering ribbon for a printer. He believed they were offering a prospectus and not actually shipping a product. We did receive ribbon BUT at a charge of $132.00!! What we pay with our normal vendor for the same product is 12.99! I will give some credit for allowing us to return it, but its still a scam to me. This place called one of our store clerks and found out what printer we had. They sent us a bill for a cartridge we never asked for or received. I tried calling their 800# on the invoice and no one answers. We buy our cartridges from a local vendor and they charge us $24.99 per cartridge. I run 2 businesses and have been called by this company at both. They call and get a model number then send an invoice that's about 20 times what the product is worth. I am registered on Do Not Call Registry, and have asked them SEVERAL times to remove me from their list. It is illegal for them to call me; they called today and tried this again. Can't say enough good things about this company. Always the best service, most polite and knowledgeable staff and great products! Recently we ordered our Kitchen Printer supplies. I've been dealing with this company for at least 7yrs in 2 different cities. They have horrible business tactics! I've experienced similar scenarios from the negative reviews. They've used past employee names on the invoices (or common names of people, like Jennifer, Maria, John) I've been cussed at, hung up on, etc. It's not worth your time to even try and contact these people. They called and got one of my assistant managers to verify the name and address of the store saying our order was ready, not knowing where we get our printer ribbons from she approved the order. When I got the bill I saw that they had charged us $119.80 for 1 box of printer ribbons. I get the exact same ribbons for $10.95 per box (and cheaper if you get more than one at a time.) A rep from triton called me a few weeks back to say that our order of ink cartridges was ready to ship. The same thing happened to us. they call from a blocked number and get a name to put on the invoice. I called for 4 hours before someone answered when Anthony Marcelly answered he was rude and not helpful. Triton got the name of one of our resort employees then the name of one of our restaurants and shipped some printer ribbon. The employee has nothing to do with the restaurant. Triton Imaging System called and just asked our Sou Chef a few questions then the next thing you know we have rib cart star sp 2000. I have talked to them several times to send an authorization to pick up these rib cart that we did not order and they refuse.
