I worked on an assignment for them at the L.A. Convention Center for the city of Los Angeles back in May 2012. After sending my invoice they didn't even acknowledge the fact that they had received it. After more than a month I had to contact the coordinators who gave me the assignments originally and they had to email Accounting as well.
