Cencal recently did the roofs on two rental homes that I manage, one in SLO and one in Morro Bay. I went with asphalt shingles for both. Their price was towards the low end of the bids I received, which I definitely appreciated. Their crews were hardworking and got the jobs done quickly. The shingles rows are straight, which is important given the colors I chose. My primary complaint is that they didn't do a great job at cleaning up the jobsites afterwards.
