I've been doing business with Hays Automotive for years and have been relatively satisfied. Recently I took a Toyota 4Runner in for a brake job. Within days after new brakes were installed they began to squeel. I returned a week or so later and Hays said nothing was wrong but they cleaned and adjusted the brakes anyway.
