I have never written a review about anything, but I find reviews helpful when I'm buying something, so I wanted to contribute. I love my Bosch 500 series dishwasher! I was concerned about other reviews that said the dishes come out wet - that is not the case for me! There may be a little water on the tops of coffee mugs - but my old dishwasher did that - not a big deal. The rest of the dishes come out bone dry! And the dishes are sparkling clean. Just brought a Samsung French door refrigerator from WDC. At first I had a hard time figuring out where everything was gonna go, but I'm figuring it out and I'm loving it, especially the 2 ice makers :) I also love the fact that it doesn't show finger or hand smears! Great feature! Read More »

GE Self-Cleaning Slide-in Electric Range, very sleek look! I just installed my new range and I love it! This oven is basic, no convection and no warning drawer like my old oven had (never really used these functions anyway). This is a slide in but does not have a counter overlay and wasn't sure if it would look nice like my old range. It fits perfect and looks good without the overlay. Now two weeks and have not gotten refund check on a product that was dented when delivered and the delivery people want to use a dolly up my new wooden stairs rather than with a carrying devise. I purchased dishwasher from WDC. It was delivery on the late afternoon and the driver rushed me to sign for it by stating that he had to get back to the office. More than 2 weeks later when it was ready to install after open up the package and found out that dishwasher door was dented. I purchased from the Agoura Store...but it seems they are all the same with countless unsatisfied and unhappy customers. I bought a new house in May 2012 and needed new appliances. I chose a stove, and 2 refrigerators from the online site, printed the information, and went to the store. The worst experience I have ever had. We ordered a refrigerator and paid for "white glove delivery" service to bring it up one flight of stairs into our apartment. I missed three days of work as the delivery guys repeatedly cancelled--not once did they call to say they weren't coming. Great Customer Service! They took their time answering all of my questions and helping me select the appliances that were right for me – without the typical sales pressure. Not only did they give me the best price but they even made sure I got all of my rebates. My appliances were delivered when promised and in perfect condition. I couldn’t have asked for more. STAY AWAY FORM THIS COPMANY! It is not worth miser discount that they offer! Placed $$$ alliance order and got damaged goods. Followed in-store policy for reporting the damages, submitted pictures, repair man confirmed that it needs to be replaced, but after 3 weeks it still sitting in my house on the palate as the day it was delivered. Stay Away from WDC. My order was over $20k not $1500. Oven came in damaged. WDC use their in-house "reputable" delivery company. According to sales rep "All you have to do is to open boxes within 3 days, report the damage and everything will be taken care off. In my case 3 weeks later damaged oven still sits in my house. This is a long review, but I feel WDC deserves it. Ordered a cooktop (odd size) from WDC. Darryl Nemer answered my original call as well as secondary calls I made to WDC. In placing my order, Darryl addressed my concerns about the cooktop I wanted having been discontinued. Stay Away from this company! I was told by Kitchen Aid customer service that they suspect this company of selling "scratch and dent" appliances and representing them as "new." I spent around 10,000 on the internet. I got a refrigerator that I had to wait forever for and it had been speared by a forklift. We didn't accept it and had to wait forever more I got it yesterday and the man moving it in didn't use a padded handtruck. When I saw it out of the box, it was ok. Pros: Seem to have excellent prices and customer service. I got a phone call shortly after placing my order to confirm it and give me a shipping estimate. Got another call when the item was shipped with very good info what the delivery process would be, tracking info email was slow though. Cons: Everything is great, until you need to return something. Sold us a broken washer and will not replace, buyers beware: Recently my husband bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer set from Warehouse Discount Center on State Street in Santa Barbara. Within the first use we realized the washer was not draining the water. Warehouse Discount Center has terrible customer service and will not take returns or give refunds as per their terms and conditions, which indicates that they also do not stand by their products or services. They also state that damage claims will not be accepted after 3 days after delivery, which further indicates an absence of follow through since they do not call their customers back until after that period is over.
