They installed a defective floor and have been stalling with respect to fixing the problem. It is now two months since we first saw and complained about the floor but nothing tangible has been done to resolve the problem. As of May 7th 2011 we have an ugly defective floor bought and installed by this company. All we ask is that this issue to be resolved, in a timely manner, so that we can move into the new house.
