Since I've know Mr. Allen of Allen Motors I've purchased 4 cars and every time I have felt confident that I was getting a great car and a great deal. I have always been treated professionally but yet with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I have referred a few close family members and friends to Allen Motors and they have all been very pleased with their experiences. Bought a 1999 VW Eurovan camper recently from Allens motors Inc. Finding one of these at a fair price is no easy task if you can get them at all especially in good condition because they have a cult like following. This is not your average run of the mill body shop. They treat you like a neighbor not just a shop that the insurance company sent you to. They are fast and very good. The head painter is a master and takes pride in every job that he does. Allen Body shop has done three of my cars from minor to major work and I am extremity satisfied. I needed a to buy a truck for my pool route. I found and purchased a truck at Allen Motors in Thousand Oaks. I would recommend Allen Motors to all my friends. Right from the very beginning the buying experience was pleasant and courteous. The salesman, Garrett, walked me thru the truck, its accessories, and helped me obtain financing. My experience with Allen Motors was very unique, the reason being is my residency is in Elk Grove, CA and the vehicle of course was located in Thousand Oaks, CA. For me this was a plane ticket and the gas back, total cost: $200.00. Although hesitant purchasing a vehicle sight unseen I did not hesitate in calling Jim Allen considering his web site was so thorough in describing the vehicle’s condition the cost and of course an already paid for Car fax. Jim Allen owner of Allen motors. I recently purchased a car from him.This was the longest car transaction I have ever done Jim dragged his feet when working on this deal. Obviously my business wasn't important but it was to late to go somewhere else. I had a truck that we agreed to put on the lot on consignment. We signed all the paperwork and agreed on a price. My experience with Allen Motors could not have gotten any better! All I did was looked at their inventory online, found the car I loved, and filled out their finance form online advising of which car I wanted, how much of a down payment I planned on providing, and how much I could afford per month. I recently went to the new location of Allen Motors looking for a BMW. They did not have the exact car that i wanted, but said they would look for one. One day later they called me in and they had the car for me!!! Allen Motors arranged financing for me with very affordable payments and I drove the car home that day.
