I just had my 2008 Ram 2500 Diesel pick-up serviced by C & M Automotive. I have every confidence in the service performed by Rudy and his crew. His work is stellar and always of the highest quality. I take my cars for repair to C & M Automotive and Transmission because EVERYONE there takes the time to do the job right. They take the time to fully explain the repair procedure and they will answer any questions that I might have about the repair and the cost. Then they have the car ready when they say they will and they will go over exactly what they did; and they do it all in a very friendly and professional manner. I’ve found gold Simi Valley. I’ve had three cars in C&M over the past month and I’ve been exceptionally pleased with every bit of work they have done. I found Rudy and C&M last month when my independent Mercedes mechanic in T.O. said I needed a new transmission. C&M serviced the transmission at 10% of the cost and replaced an Air Mass Sensor which affected how the engine was running to solve the problems. I have been bringing both of my cars for service at C&M the last 4.5 years and have been very pleased with the courtesy and service received. They are flexible and willing to take in last minute appointments. Repairs are completed right the first time and there is always an explanation for repairs needed. The estimate for repair is reasonable and doesn’t change when the repair is complete. I would recommend C&M for any of your service repairs. Read More »

I highly reccomend C&M Automative! They have taken care of my cars for over 30 years. They came highly reccommended to me. When I became a widow, I trusted them and have never been disappointed! They are wonderful people. They always try to fit me in whenever I have an emergency. They also have provided transportation when needed. C & M Automotive and Transmission has done work for me several times in the past but this time I was having a problem with my RV and we were taking it out in two days and had been having rain for the last couple of days and more in the forecast. I couldn't fix the problem but was almost too embarrassed to take it in. i recieved honest upstanding service today and i would recommend them to anyone. i felt as if i had done business with them for years and that doesn't usually happen for women. they helped me in a way that i could afford all the work that was needed (oil change) when i never had been there before, that was great,unexpected, and appreciated. thanks c and m Read More »
