We just recently sold our home on 10/14/11. Prior to the closing we were required to fumigate the house for termites as there was evidence of termites in the attic space. Another company performed the termite inspection, however, I contacted Hornet Fumigation to fumigate the property. The roof has orange S tiles, 23 years old.
