We have been looking for about six months now. As we do not live in Santa Barbara, it has to be done remotely. Goodwin & Thyne keeps us informed, sends us appropriate information and has not given up because we are taking our time. They answer promptly and have won our trust. Please forgive the length of this review but my praise for Goodwin & Thyne (G&T) is endless. My parents live in SB and they own investment property. They are in their eighties so, although I live out of state, I try to handle their business dealings.
