After being locked out from account suddenly, I had no option but to call and wait for someone who only gave me an email address. The email address had many problems with bouncing back emails but eventually went through. CJ staff gave little explanation or evidence of any violation of terms. My account was not active for quite sometime, not earning any commission, CJ didn't have any problem with my account. But once I earned the commissions, they sent me 15-day notice to terminate my account without any valid reason. I did nothing to violate their Term of Use. I generated leads genuinely and honestly. From my experience, Commission Junction pays well and consistently. Normally you will have a check or deposit into your hands by the 20th of any given month. Again, Commission Junction offers an opportunity to make good money online. I have read some of the complaints, however this seems to be publishers that either did not read the CJ guidelines or tried to kink the system. CJ is part of valuclick aka befree and has been sued. I would STRONGLY recommend that all potential clients and affiliates avoid this company. They employ dishonest and deceitful business practices. They do not accurately report sales. They have been investigated, along with their parent company, Valueclick, for employing illegal methods to steal commissions from clients, and they do not promptly nor accurately pay commissions.
