This is more of one of their staff, Christie Bryant-A very rude person. Doesn't listen to clients, very aggressive and insensitive to clients situation. lacks professionalism, lacks cultural sensitivity, prefer to have non-proactive approach in collection, very punitive and creates more problems than solutions.
