From day one, Ian & Tammy were professional, responsive, detail oriented and positive in their approach. Barefoot pools installed pavers for my driveway. The driveway was oddly shaped and came with grading challenges. Ian and his crew were awesome and addressed all the challenges professionally. Tammy and Ian came over, presented a plan for a pool in our backyard, and we were hooked. The permit took longer than expected (county issue) and the construction started and finished as promised. The design is very appealing, the various construction crews were very competent and courteous. John Stapleton, the construction supervisor was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We just finished a pool and landscaping project with Barefoot Pools. We had a basic idea of what we wanted, but Ian and Tami (the owners) suggested some creative ideas, based on lots of experience, that turned out to be better than anything we could have imagined. Barefoot took over our pool and landscaping project part way through when we ran into problems with the original contractor. They completed some of the pool work and took on all of the landscaping work. This included the design, construction of a natural rock wall and the installation of all of the shrubbery, ground cover, irrigation, lighting and some artificial grass. Passion, concern and attention to detail does not adequately describe the effort that we received from Barefoot. From our rough design, Barefoot delivered us a pool that still leaves us speechless. It looks more like a pond than a pool and one person even asked if we thought about swimming in the pond! Barefoot Pools has built 3 pools for us since 2002. Each pool was unique based on our family needs at the time. The first was very basic: rectangular shape, slide for the kids, above ground hot tub with rock waterfall. The second was more free-form with a vanishing edge, in ground hot tub.
