Cell charge system worked fine to process credit cards (3 years). However, I discovered a $9.00 charge that they were charging me for over a year on a BOGUS account they created. I contacted them and asked them to close it and they said they would (they did not offer any refund or apologize). However they did not close the account and eventually I had to have the bank disallow further charges. I enjoyed the convenience of the credit card processing. However, I was NOT impressed with the lack of information on the website after I logged in. Very sketchy. But my ONLY reason for canceling my account with them was the lack of professionalism on the part of Randy. I had absolutely NO intention of ending my business relationship with Cell Charge, but when Randy called my home, her rude and callous behavior left me no choice.
