She has a problem with the machine and called and was told she would receive it in 24-48 hours. After many calls, it’s been two weeks and still haven’t received it. Some of the people she talked to on the phone were rude and argumentative basically calling my wife of lying. My wife enjoys the machine but the customer service is horrible. Read More »

Larry M. posted a review

I bought an Inogyn One about 4 or 5 years ago but have only used about a total of 60 to 90 days during that time. Recently, I got it out to use due to the great amount of dust in the air. The unit failed! It seems to be overheating. When I called Inogen about repair I was quoted $1,000 to fix. I find the life expectancy to be very poor and the cost to repair outrageous.

I recommend that this device NOT be purchased. My best recommendation is rental. A sucker is born every minute. Read More »
