I thought I had canceled my account in March 2018. Support confirmed with me they updated my account at the time via email as my accountant was taking over the process. To my surprise, I had an unauthorized charge on my credit card in February 2019. I messaged support, they apologized and told me they would issue a refund. I thought everything was handled. They set up my LLC, as I had know idea how to do it. Sold me on yearly fees to file annual reports on time. They missed those deadlines multiple years in a row. Finally took the time to look into it... and discovered how easy it is to both set up and maintain an LLC. Don't be duped my companies like this one. Get info from your state's business office, do it yourself, and even if you do have a company like this do the initial set up.... do not pay their unnecessary fees beyond that. Read More »

If you like a yearly 99.00 Fee this is the company for YOU! They did a great job setting up the LLC, but billed me for a rep service. I did all the state paper work to take off as the registered rep and let them know through the entire process that was the intent. After billing me again for 99.00 I reversed the charge with my Credit Card Company ...and then they sent me to collection for 179.00 If you Like FEES this is the Company For your! Read More »

Beware of this company. This company is running a scam. They will keep billing you after multiple requests to cancel service. They charge your credit card without authorization. If I could give no stars I would. Stay far away. Read More »

I used this company to set up my business in a new state. I don't typically post reviews, but I felt it was important for other small businesses to beware of hidden fees with this company. Upon setting up my business, I asked them directly if there were any hidden or additional fees associated with using their services. These guys are awesome! Talk about service with a smile! To anyone looking to incorporate. I highly recommend the company, MyLLC.com! I do not like doing paperwork and I have little patience for the runaround on the phone.
