Do not trust this company. It looks like they have been not sending out orders for a long time. I wish I had looked here before placing an order. I placed an order over a month ago and have been unsuccessful receiving the items or a credit. The Customer Service representatives are useless - they just keep giving out false information. They say you will receive your item - you don't. They say you will be issued a credit - it never goes through. STAY AWAY!!! Read More »

I placed an order online on 12/4/08 and my credit card was immediately charged. I expected it within 7 business days. It is now 12/21/08 and my order is still being processed which according to their website should not take any longer than 48 hours. I have called twice. The first time I spoke with someone that could give me a straight answer, I think he just didn't know. I called again and was told it was backordered and would ship out in a couple of days. Do not believe anything this company tells you. Twice (I know, fool me once shme on you, fool me twice shame on me) I tried to order Perfect Pushups from this company. Both times the product was "available" and would be shipped immediatley and recieved within 7-10 days. Both times when I had not recieved the item and called to check up on the order, they had not shipped it yet, but would "in the next couple of weeks". I ened up cancelling the order. I placed an order on February 11th 2008. It is currently the 26th of February and I have not received my order. The only things I have received from this company are 2 bottles of their 3X drug that I didnt even want. Today I tried submitting an email to request further information about my order and had the email submission bounce back. I placed this order last week9/10, I paid for 2nd day air, I still have not received the order, I am told that my phone number is not recognized when I track it, but when I check via last name and zip code, It says it is , I requested RUSH shipping and I was told that I didn't get it, even though it says so on my invoice. Placed an order online with the company on 8/20/2007, which was very painless. In reviewing my order I noticed that I had forgotten to upgrade the shipping. E-mailed the customer service link and promptly received a response about other shipping options. I responded and they upgrade shipping without any problem.
