I recently ordered some new duty gear to replace some aging gear of mine. According to USPS, they delivered the package. However, they didn't deliver it to me. I called USPS and got treated like it was my fault they lost the package. I contacted CopQuest and they helped me out right away and offered to ship me replacement items. I recently was placing an order for the ConsoleVault for my F150 and had a question on the combination safe vs. the keylock version. Turns out that the person at CopQuest had the exact same vault in their F150 for 7 years and highly recommended this vault and answered all my questions within minutes! I can’t say enough about the helpful people at CopQuest! In most cases I go into their Camarillo store but have also ordered many items on-line. It’s so nice to work with people who have a real working knowledge of police work and the conditions we face in the field! Regarding pricing, as everyone knows law enforcement gear is just plain expensive! I have been dealing with CopQuest since I started my law enforcement career over 10 years ago. Most recently I was in need of a uniform pant in a hurry, not only did they have it in stock but I had it the next day with alterations. I am a 15 year plus LE officer and have used Copquest and ONLY Copquest for all my duty related needs. I find their customer service, either in the store or through online ordering to be top-notch. I have, on several occasions needed uniform or uniform related items on very short notice. My order was expedited and ready well before promised time. I have been doing business with this company since they were in Newbury Park in the early 90's. The prices are competitive, the service is fantastic, and the items are delivered immediately. Plus, they back their products to the maximum! Having been in active law enforcement for over 28 years, and associated with LE for 15 more years, I can honestly say that this company produces what you want, when you want it, and without any hassle. Although the Website is a little boring, it is easy to navigate. Service is great and prices are pretty reasonable. My Bianchi duty holster arrived right on schedule last week. I recently started with a new department and the uniform store they used did not have uniforms in stock. I was starting my shift in two days. I contacted the staff at Copquest and they went out of their way to furnish with at least one uniform to get started. I had ordered a holster from Amazon, but the delivery date was ridiculous. I cancelled the order. A fellow officer recommended CopQuest. When I ordered the holster their delivery time was worse. I contacted them and they gave me 5% off. The original Amazon price was less than the CQ price. At 5% off I am saving about $3, and getting it later. I'm disappointed. Read More »

I have ordered several items over the years from CopQuest via the web site and I have also walked into the store front when I am on travel to the West Coast. They have a very good selection with varying prices to fit your budget while still maintaining good quality products. I recently ordered several parts for my patrol gear. These were in stock and delivered promptly. While placing the order, I mentioned I was looking for a recommendation for a flashlight. I found them to be very knowledgeable on their products. Placed an order on 2-11-11 for five items. When I placed the order, I was notified that one of the items was out of stock and that the entire order wouldn't ship until that single item arrived. The item would arrive in 17 days from the manufacturer. It would have been nice to have known the item was out of stock prior to placing my order. Copquest has extremely poor service. I ordered a keyholder and ASP open top handcuff case near the end of October 2009. It took way too long for the FIRST part of my order to arrive. The key holder arrived broke! The handcuff case has still not arrived almost 4 months later. Copquest "order status" still sends me the same message of "Item is now allocated to an incoming order from the manufacturer with average turnaround in 6 days."
