The management has not gotten any better from the two reviews at the bottom. They do not return phone calls, they lie and do not fix problems. They lie when I was moving in and told me that they repair things that were not fixed and once I signed the lease informed me that there was no money to repair them. Needs to re-staff and rethink operations. Lack of communication with tenants and workers within business. Unreasonable lease agreements and outrageous charges for ridiculous claims on their part. If your a college student you will be taken advantage of and treated like a child. These past two years with them has been a nightmare with them and we're definitely looking for new landlords next year. Stay away from SLO PROP! Read More »
