My wife and I were very, very impressed by the outstanding service provided by Captain Electric’s Dusty Williams when we lost power in January 2008. A tree had fallen across our utility lines the day before in a windstorm and ripped up the “main” box and destroying the meter-main connectivity. There was little Edison could do until we got an emergency electrician to repair our “main.” As promised, Mr. Williams showed up in less than an hour’s time and on a Sunday no less.
