Long time customer, 1st time buyer. Does that make sense? If not, let me explain. Chris is passionate about scooters and while he is a business, I personally don't think that is his main motivation. Love my SYM scooter from Ooty's Scooters. Very good buying experience - the bike was delivered on time and in good shape, with a free helmet. The first service was done for free and Chris showed me how to do my own oil changes. Only problem was the speedometer was a little fast when above 65 to 70 mph, it would read 68 to 72 mph. At lower speeds it was accurate. Overall I am very pleased with my bike and dealing with Ooty's Scooters - they seem to be honest and know their scooters. Read More »
