This company prepared everything for me and made the RV really clean for us it was awesome, our family really enjoyed the RV! and the prices were very reasonable. I was shocked at how nice the staff was. Everything was very professional when we showed up to pick up our RV. I especially liked that the RV was not covered with the rental companies logos. I initially posted that I had a good experience with this company. Price was good, got what I was looking for, returned it with no hassles and a clean bill of health. No damage noted at turn in, no damage noted when they did their more complete inspection. Several weeks go by, I get a call that there's a whole bunch of damage, damage that, if you go by the what they are telling me, should have been readily apparent when they did their inspection. I was pleasantly surprised when we picked up the RV as it was much nicer than I expected and super clean. I didn’t realize that this was a small family run business that prefers you pick-up and return in the time frame requested (they have a life too) We were an hr or so late to pick up my Mother-in-Law was taken ill and in the hospital the owners were very understanding and there was no charge. If you plan on renting, please read all the fine print and take pictures of the RV before you depart (inside and out). I received an RV w/ stains on the carpet and was charge for their cleaning. Also I was charge for refueling when I bought back the RV the same as I received it. But again, desperate to go on the road I didn't read the marking of the gas tank. Wow, this was my first experience ever renting or pulling a trailer and I would absolutely use and recommend Share My RV with anyone. The pre-pickup was all easy and online, the pickup was straight forward and the owner and an employee showed me around the trailer to ensure I knew what I was doing, and to go further they adjusted my towing ball for free to better suit my truck. I have had the pleasure of renting a couple of different RV's from Share my RV over the last couple of months. As a single mom with 2 kids, I received the reliability and dependability I needed! Share My RV is a very reputable company. We have now rented with them two times over the last eight months. They stand by their equipment and make sure that their customers are completely satisfied. My husband, 18 month old daughter, sister and brother-in-law rented a motor home this past weekend and it started out fine however about the second night in we woke up around 2 in the morning just sweating because the heater was not kicking off it was over 80 degrees in the camper and my daughter woke up crying almost inconsolable because she was so warm. I rented my rv for Labor Day weekend of 2010 from share my rv. Upon my arrival I was an hr late arriving at 5 30 pm but I called three times to confirm I was stuck in holiday traffic and was on my way they said no problam we'll see you when you get here. Just before leaving with the rv for the weekend they asked me when will you return it , I said about this time on Tuesday 4 days later. Rented from the company July 2010. I was 8 months pregnant with a 4 year old and a 2 year old. We paid for an early pick-up only to find the septic tank had not been emptied, had to delay our trip. Two hours into our journey through the desert, we found that the aircondition unit did not work.
