Jim Leonard and Conejo Valley Appliance are great. My washer and dryer are about 18 years old and both had been making noise for a few months. I priced new ones but thought I'd see if the old ones -- which still worked but thumped and rocked and rolled -- could be repaired. My appointment was between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Jim was waiting outside in his truck 20 minutes before the appointed time.
