I recently purchased shutters from this company. I am very upset about the misrepresentation that our sales guy, Keith, claimed. He verbally lied to my face. When he was trying to sell me the shutters, I made it a point to tell him that I was going out of the country in 8 weeks and needed the shutters to be installed before I left. I cannot express how pleased I was to work with these guys. I had the owner Mychael out along with his sales rep Keith Dwyer, both of them came out as Keith wanted to bring Mychael to show him some problem windows we had on our jobs and the issue we had with buying window treatments from other companies in the past with these certain windows. I would highly recommend The Blind and Shutter Pros for all your window treatment needs. Keith Dwyer, our sales rep, accomodated my wife and I the entire way. With so many types, styles, options of window treatments out there, I was relieved that The Blind and Shutter Pros assisted with the decision making process.
