I called since I thought I had a electric short since the breaker kept tripping. It's a newer house and didn't think the breaker was at fault. I called Monday morning and he agreed to be out between 3-4pm the same day. Juan arrived around 4:30PM after spelling my street name about 10 times. He wouldn't take my verbal directions. Manuel helped me remodel my home. He did the plumbing removed stucco and painted. He redid the roof and made sure the house was in move in condition. The house I bought had been closed for 6 months and needed a lot of work. His price was very reasonable and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done on time.
