I have been dealing with Tom, Boe, and Patty for several years and have them to be very helpful and reliable. I have two off-grid houses and both needed a significant amount of work to make them power sufficient. Having worked in a technical field I have been very pleased with the high level of knowledge and support I've received from The Solar Biz. In almost a decade of association with the company they have helped me taylor my system to fit my needs and suggested upgrades as my power needs increased. I have been dealing with Tom, Boe, and Patty at The Solar Biz since about 2004. I have done business with many companies for many years. I have managed retail sales and business to business sales. I have never found any company before this that I can truly say is one hundred percent client oriented. I stopped using the phrase "customer service" because I found that no one knew what it meant. I recently bought 12 2volt solar batteries from Tom at The Solar Biz. He helped me with the selection of the product and was very helpful with keeping the shipping at a very reasonable cost. They arrived in a timely fashion and I hooked them up. I had just got new inverters and was having trouble with the batteries, or so I thought. We ordered 3 completely independent systems for our new home from The Solar Biz: Solar electric, solar well pump, and solar hot water. Tom is very knowledgeable, did a complete analysis of our needs and guided us uneducated consumers through the entire process.
