Sales team is/was great. Customer service and the GM Matt, not so spectacular. I recently purchased a vehicle, and after taking it to their mechanics several times they were unable to diagnose the issue. The truck was not serviced before leaving the lot. Long story short, when bring this to the GM's attention he basically didnt care said it was my problem now. I'm writing a review and it isn't a good one. I purchased a vehicle from Carville's a year ago. I didn't have the best credit, so I was, for lack of a better description, forced to go through their finance company. I have been making the payments for a year, as I said, but somehow missed one. I work out of state so I don't always get my mail on time, and sometimes messages on my phone are too broken up to understand.
