The staff was great when buying but when it came to issue resolution the experience was horrible. Spent a good deal of money and purchased two leather couches (one with a sleeper) and a table. We purchased conditioner from them, as well. When conditioning the couch, they told us to use the cleaner on, the color came off on the rag. I have been very disappointed in the service I have received at Anasazi Leather in Albuquerque after purchasing a reclining sofa, and 2 recliner chairs. One of the reclining chairs purchased 05/28/2010 tipped backwards, nearly injuring an elder relative. The owner, who is in business with his son, had verbally assured me that their "claim to fame was selling better furniture than others in town and by standing by what they sold."
