First off, I would like to note that this company is #2 on the slum-lord list. I moved into a 12 unit apartment about 11 months ago. When I moved in it was privately owned. About a month into my least T&C took over. T&C has AWFUL customer service. They are slow to fix repairs and have actually caused tension between tenants.
