The business states they will remove all your hair via laser when you sign the contract, but then when it doesn't work and you want your money back, they change their story and say 30-50% of hair removal is considered a success. They offered to give back 35% of the $1281 that was paid, so I guess the other 65% was for the pleasure of doing business with them?
