We could not be happier with the service we get from Durango. They have helped walk us through every aspect of setting up and maintaining merchant services, and are quick to answer all our questions -- even when what we ask is somewhat outside their purview. We are paying lower rates and have better service as a result of working with Durango. They are professional, honest, responsive and easy to work with. We have been in business for over 30 years and have had 4 or 5 different merchant service providers over that time. I am a new customer at Durango. I have been working with Nathan and I cannot say enough regarding the customer service I have received. With our business situation being unique he responded within minutes or called to expedite the process through underwriting. Once approved he worked diligently with our POS company to ensure the system was up correctly. He has already followed up to confirm everything is still running smoothly. Every merchant service I contacted rejected me out of hand due to the fact I sell self defense items. A friend mentioned Durango Merchant Services and that was the ticket! Brad Jess was pleasant, helpful and very responsive to my needs. The account was set up with a minimum of fuss. All it required was filling in one application ONCE. That's it. Done deal. As a high risk start-up company, we spent more than a few weeks and headaches trying to find merchant processing solutions. And the end of the process, we came to Nathan for help. I went through this process with at least 5 different companies before I went on Merchant Maverick and found Durango where they received a good grade. Just got off the phone with a second rep from these guys. The first rep seemed to want to spend more time telling me why we didn't want to do business with them, was very unfriendly and was working hard not to earn our business. I have worked with multiple merchant service providers in the past, and looking back, I wish I had come across Durango direct from day one. They are by far the best company to work with. We worked with a number of different companies in trying to find the right fit for our company.
